Boomtown Boulder blasts off nine startups

Helping to close out Boulder Startup Week, Boulder-based Boomtown hosted the demo day for its 2015 spring class of seed-stage tech firms playing in the media, design and big data spaces. (Catch a glimpse of the event right HERE.) Friday’s event was the third such demo day in less than a year for, which was launched last year by ad and tech veterans such as Alex Bogusky. In addition to bolstering firms such as BitsBox, a provider of monthly code projects for children, and Wuf, a smart collar for dogs, also is nearing the launch of the Connectivity Lab, an Internet of Things-focused facility and co-working space.
