Boomtown Alumnus HeadVantage Signs Deal with Eye-Tracking Partner

Will Enhance Fan Experience

A member of the Comcast NBCUniversal SportsTech company portfolio and graduate of Cohort #2 — HeadVantage — signed a deal with Tobii, an eye-tracking technology company, to work together to enhance the fan broadcast experience through new eye-movement data and camera angles from the vantage point of athletes. HeadVantage’s miniature cameras rest underneath the bill of an athlete’s baseball or golf cap or are embedded into a football helmet to track the player’s eye movements.
